Domestic Shipping (United States)

At JHA Ceylon (JHA Enterprises LLC), we provide Free Complimentary Insured Shipping for all domestic orders within the United States. We also offer secure, fully insured shipping for all international orders. We partner exclusively with premium, secure couriers to guarantee safe transport across the globe. For customers celebrating an upcoming special occasion, expedited delivery upgrades are available at checkout for both domestic and international orders for an additional surcharge.

Free Domestic Return Shipping

We want you to absolutely love your gemstone. If you are not completely satisfied, domestic customers can return their purchase for a full refund using our approved domestic couriers. Please note the following exceptions:

  • International Returns: International customers must arrange and pay for return shipping at their own expense.
  • Multiple/Comparison Orders: Orders containing multiple gemstones or those placed for comparison-shopping purposes must be returned at the customer's expense if all items within that order are returned.
  • Note: Customers are otherwise held responsible for standard shipping expenses on non-qualifying products.

International Shipping Policies

We proudly ship to a vast network of international countries and territories. All packages are fully insured from the moment they leave our facility until they are successfully signed for and accepted by you.

  • Standard International Delivery: A flat rate of $150.00 USD.
  • Express International Delivery: A flat rate of $200.00 USD for prioritized, faster transit.
  • Important Notice Regarding Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders are shipped "Delivered at Place" (DAP). The recipient is solely responsible for all import customs duties, local taxes, and processing fees required by your country's customs authorities. These fees are not included in your checkout total and will be collected by the courier upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for estimated costs prior to placing your order.
  • FPO / APO / DPO Military Addresses: All military mail shipments are fully supported and will be securely dispatched using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service.

Security, Fraud Prevention & Delivery Protocols

Strict Signature Requirement

To protect your valuable investment against transit fraud, all packages require a direct signature upon delivery, regardless of the order value. This policy overrides any pre-signed or standing signature waivers you may have on file with your local courier.

Alternate Delivery Addresses & Secure Pick Up

For financial security, we do not allow the billing address to be different from the shipping address. However, we offer one secure exception: you can request your package be shipped directly to an official carrier location for secure pickup. This requires you to present an official identity document to sign for the package directly.

Reporting Delays, Loss, or Tampering

In the rare event that your package arrives visibly tampered with, is delayed, or is lost during transit, you must report the issue to JHA Ceylon within 3 business days of receiving your tracking number. Shipping fees, where applicable, remain non-refundable.

Shipping Fee Penalties & Route Modification Charges

Please review your address details carefully before final checkout. Inaccurate data results in systemic logistical costs:

• Failed Deliveries & Return-to-Sender: If an item is sent back to our facility due to client address errors or a persistent failure to accept delivery, a flat $40.00 USD fee will be charged.

• In-Route Address Adjustments: If a shipping address must be modified while the package is actively en route, a $25.00 USD surcharge will be applied.
