At JHA Ceylon, we stand by the authenticity and quality of our hand-selected gemstones. We want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If you are not entirely pleased, we are here to assist you.

14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unaltered condition, including all original packaging, tags, and certificates provided with the purchase.

Domestic Returns (USA)

We provide free returns for a full refund on all domestic orders. To initiate your return, please contact our support team to receive your prepaid shipping label.

International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that gemstones that have been set into jewelry, resized, or otherwise modified by a third party after purchase are considered "Final Sale" and are not eligible for return or exchange.

The Inspection Process

Upon receiving your return, our team will perform a formal gemological inspection to ensure the item is in its original condition and matches our records. Once the inspection is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
