Our 30-Day Guarantee

At JHA Ceylon, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your gemstone or jewelry piece to request a formal return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the exact same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn, unused, and unaltered (including any gemstone certifications or security tags intact).
  • It must be returned in its original premium packaging.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to safely send your package. Important: Items sent back to us without first formally requesting a return will not be accepted or processed.

Damages and Product Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue immediately and make it right for you.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned under our standard policy. This includes custom products (such as special orders, custom ring mountings, or personalized engraved items). We also cannot accept returns on final sale items, promotional purchases, or gift cards.

If you have questions or concerns regarding the return eligibility of a specific loose gemstone or custom order setup, please don't hesitate to reach out to us before shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you secure the alternative item or gemstone size you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a completely separate purchase for the new item through our store checkout.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the terms above, if your merchandise is being shipped directly into the European Union, you maintain the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must arrive in pristine condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and inside its original packaging with original documentation.

The Refunds Process

We will notify you immediately once we have received and thoroughly inspected your returned item to confirm it matches its original grading profile. We will let you know if your refund has been officially approved.

Once approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it can take additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction to your account.
