What is Covered
This warranty covers the natural authenticity and origin of the purchased sapphire. We guarantee that your stone is a genuine, natural Ceylon gemstone as described in your official JHA Ceylon documentation and certification.
Important Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
To ensure total clarity regarding our warranty, please note the following limitations:
- Gemstone Only: This warranty applies exclusively to the natural gemstone itself.
- Settings & Hardware: This warranty does not cover jewelry settings, prongs, bands, metalwork, or any other components attached to the stone. Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental impact, or loss of the stone due to setting failure is not covered.
- Unauthorized Modification: Any stone that has been recut, polished, or altered by a third party after the date of purchase will immediately void this warranty.
- Damage from Misuse: Chips, fractures, or scratches caused by improper handling, chemicals, or abrasive contact are excluded.
How to Make a Claim
In the unlikely event you have concerns regarding the authenticity of your gemstone, please contact our team. You will be required to provide your original purchase receipt and the accompanying gemstone certificate.
